Madlab Training with partnership with Proactive Training & Leaderonomics takes us to an awesome 2 days training with Alliance Bank. Leading Generations @ Work is one of our core training program to build the gap of 3 generations @ work



Lots of laughter and wonderful input from our participants and understanding different generations is important and essential to work together

Day 2 is all about strategy to work with each other, understanding each other, listening to each other and being in each other shoes the first part of training

Part 2 of the Leading Generations @ Work works on how we increase level of happiness at work, appreciate each other and invest on each other emotions
