CTC Global - MY HERO

MAD Program: MY HERO - MY Highly Energetic Rockin' Organisation
Date: 17th - 18th October 2015
No of Pax: 41

MADLAB Training with collaboration with ProActive Training takes 41 participants for a rocking time of becoming HERO in the organisation and to make things happen for each other. The location of the team building is the beautiful Cherengin Hills Resort, Janda Baik. It was indeed an awesome 2 days 1 night of team bonding and building trust with each other. CTC Global has also invited OCBC who is their client for a time of team bonding together! Wonderful initiative by CTC Global

We started on a high energy with some DANCING
We got them pump up with all 41 of them dancing their heart out and there was high energy all around. Certainly HEROES in the making. In MY HERO throughout the team building, CTC Global learn to become a HERO, where HERO is a Helper, Energiser, Responder and Overcomer.

It's time to group them up into HEROES grouping with each HERO group to design a HERO mascot! The RESULT...

The Invincible Hulk
MADLAB 1st Female HERO MASCOT! - The Ultimate Cicakman
Supermantastic!
Batman
Gambate Spiderman
Of course with the awesome creativity and handwork by everyone, we have to put their HEROES to a RUNWAY presentation!

Every awesome team building will not be complete without the outdoor activities, MADLAB brings our HEROES for a MISSION IMPOSSIBLE...turning IMPOSSIBLE to I'M POSSIBLE

Their mission is to design and build a cardboard boat, strong enough to withstand water and to ferry them across the swimming pool! Absolutely love their creativity.

As we wind down the night, an important aspect of team building is building relationship with each other and appreciating each other contribution to the organisation. In conjunction with the appreciation theme, CTC Global present to their staff 'The SPOT Award"

The very next day, MY HERO brings CTC Global to experience the highlight of MY HERO, to do a painting together, to produce a masterpiece BATIK PAINTING. The theme of their batik is what are the key lesson they have learned in MY HERO.

Props were needed

The result of their batik was amazing, beautiful and wonderfully put together by each HERO team
