Date: 30th December 2013
No of Pax: 14

MADLAB Training last training for 2013 takes us to Taylors University with our new client, Ruemz Hotel where we collaborated to design the new internship program Ruemz Internship Success Engagement (R.I.S.E) program.

Share, Hear, Interact N Engage (S.H.I.N.E) is design for coaches of the interns in Ruemz hotel where we talk about the power of appreciation and feeling loved and belong in the organisation

For the interns to work well with the coaches of Ruemz Hotel, we need a strategy and the strategy is APPRECIATION

The briefing of R.I.S.E includes appreciation pack given to the coaches

Here's the coaches feedback on S.H.I.N.E
