MADLAB Training with collaboration with Fabian Fidelis of ProActive Training takes the team across to the beautiful exotic Bali where we had the honour to conduct a full day of team building & Gen Y workshop with Amway South East Asia Management Team.

We started off the with our usual energetic engaging time with the participants with a series of ice breakers to get to know each other and build friendship together.

This half day team building - Ultimate Team Challenge is designed to push everyone in SEA to work together as ONE team regardless of which country they represent, after all they all from the same organisation

Part of Ultimate Team Challenge is to build the Amway Appreciation Culture across the entire South East Asia and we kickstart it with them saying wonderful encouraging message to each other

To further strengthen the appreciation culture, we got each of them an mysterious angel to take good care of them, to show them love and to care for them, that's the way to build the appreciation culture

Ultimate Team Challenge got the team to work together, to plan together and to achieve success together. We got to them really think out of the box too!

SRI KDU - HERO Camp

MAD Program: HERO Camp
Date: 8th May - 10th May 2015

MADLAB Training brings 104 energetic Primary 6 students of SRI KDU to experience a 3 days adventure, a journey to become a HERO. SRI KDU Hero Camp was designed as a motivational camp for their Primary 6 students to embrace and prepare for their upcoming UPSR exam. 

The 3 days 2 nights HERO Camp was design to train the students to think like a HERO, to act like a HERO, to be brave like a HERO, to over fears and challenge with each other, HEROES coming together to be stronger and lastly having a goal and purpose like a HERO.

They may be young, but they are energetic, full of energy and not to mention full of questions too!

Teachers who was super helpful

Day 1 begins with getting to know each other, forming HERO groupings and we got them to do HERO mascot too.

We train them to overcome their fears through brogalympics and climbing the Broga Hill together to reach the top, thats their goal for their upcoming UPSR, to reach the top, the journey may be tough on them as 12 years old but they were very determined

After the intense 2 days of training, on the last day, it's all about HERO loving their loved ones, expressing their gratitude and also setting up their goals

His purpose to create the next big computer game

It was energy zapping but it was all worth it as we see their joy, excitement and childlike wonders to learn, to have fun and to be a HERO!

Mayer Manufacturing - Ultimate Team Challenge (UTC)

MAD Program: Ultimate Team Challenge (UTC)

Madlab Training with partnership with Proactive Training brings Mayer Manufacturing to our beautiful team building resort, Paradise Valley Resort.

We kickoff the Ultimate Team Challenge with a dance and it got everyone on their feet to dance along. A wonderful start to Mayer UTC

Of course this followed by our signature ice breakers and this got all the participants laughing and having lots of fun

Our UTC continues with Hero grouping where we have our signature hero mascot competition and everyone in the group was at full swing

Looks like we are all ready for Mayers Hero, let's gather the Avengers together!

And it's time to head to the outdoor for our signature Brogalympics, time for physical challenge to push the limit of everyone in Mayer

After the whole day of Brogalympic, we had Mayer annual dinner celebration with a feast of BBQ prepared by Paradise Valley

After a super heavy dinner we are off to bed as we need the rest to conquer Broga Hill for the 5am hike up to witness the sunrise

And we did it together

It was a great fun to see all workers from Myanmar, Bangladesh and local Malaysian staffs bonded as ONE and that's the idea of Ultimate Team Challenge, to be as ONE in the organisation! WELL DONE MAYER MANUFACTURING

Teong Chuan - Ultimate Team Challenge

MAD Program: TC Ultimate Team Challenge (UTC)

Madlab UTC takes our friends from Teong Chuan plastic to our favourite team building place for an amazing time of team building, team bonding, team communication & lots of fun & learning experience for 28 participants.

MADLAB Training takes STC Logistic to the gruesome team building, we call it the Ultimate Team Challenge. It's time to push them to the next level of working together as ONE

Next highlight is of course our brogalympic challenge where teams will fight to overcome their fear of heights and speed in the scream your heart out, flying fox!

With great team work, comes great result and this greatness is only shown through actions, not words and this is how STC logistic team work looks like

No matter who you are we will do it together

And hitting target for the team is the no 1 reward for your determination to rise to the top

We even have brogalympic for everyone, like RINGS...

It will never be complete without a group hike to the top of Broga hill to witness the beautiful sun rise together as a team

We had an awesome time of team building together with the full of energy friends of STC logistic, this team building builds the team together and breaks the wall of barrier down, they are no longer management & staff, they are now ONE, ONE STC logistic!

AT Team Prudential Agency - Power Planning Workshop

MAD Program: AT Team Power Planning Workshop

MADLAB Training takes AT Team, a fast growing Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad Insurance agency to our fearsome team building place for a time of Agency Planning Workshop.

We pack it with power brainstorming on how to make 2014 a record breaking year for AT Team agency. It was a pack 2 days one night from mindset training to overcoming your fear to setting goals for 2014 for yourself and for AT Team

We took them to take a step of faith in overcoming their FEAR, after all it's FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real

Once you take a step of faith, the rest of the journey is a breeze

All for One and One for All, the early morning hike up Broga hill is a must to achieve together as a TEAM. It's total darkness through the jungle

Fantastic 2 days 1 night of agency planning workshop and everyone in AT team is all charge up to create historical 2014.
