MADLAB Training with partnership with our awesome partner, The Studio At KL brings JLT Asia Shared Services for their 1 day team building event, JLT H.E.R.O. It's all about being a H.E.R.O in JLT, to be a helper, an energy giver, responder and overcomer, that's JLT H.E.R.O

We welcome them with photo booth and provided them with lots of Hero props

Great spirit as we start off with super fun ice breakers to break the ice, MADLAB signature ice breakers are bound to have our participants rocking with laughter and excitement

This followed by everyone to embrace what it takes to become a JLT H.E.R.O, to be a helper that lends a helping hand, an energiser who is an energy giver, a responder, one who responds and not react and overcomer, one who makes things happen!

Each team will receive different types of materials

We got to to kickstart the idea of working and communicating together as a team

This follows by the highlight of JLT H.E.R.O, becoming an artist, to be creative, to be a helper, to overcome and express it all in the painting.

Each group is entrusted by the JLT to design JLT Shared Service role in JLT Asia together with JLT business principles

Once they are ready with a design, it's time to put it into the canvas and time to paint

Everyone contribute to make it happen for each other, to make it beautiful and to make it truly memorable experience

The masterpiece, designed, painted and produced by everyone in JLT. By JLT for JLT. This will be beautiful on the office wall

Overall feedback from every participants was very positive, over 1/3 of them mentioned painting experience is what they like best about JLT H.E.R.O

Public Program - Becoming Better Me

MAD Program: Becoming Better Me

MADLAB Training with collaboration with G.I.N conducted a public program, Becoming Better Me, a self driven program to improve the core aspect of ones life

The number of pax was small but it allows MADLAB Trainers to engage and go in depth of the journey to discover me, myself and I.

The core idea of Becoming Better Me is to ask a series of question about me, myself and I and finding the answers to it.

We bring our participants to a self discovery journey on finding balance and happiness on the essential of life

Finally putting the pieces together onto an art block of how they would become a better ME

MADLAB Training with collaboration with G.I.N conducted Public Program - Presentation KnockOut under G.I.N Academy of Achievers (A.O.A) and we are truly excited to make a difference for our participants

We have a small number of pax, which is fantastic for us to wrk on their presentation skills and they had many rounds of practice which was also recorded for coaching and feedback

We enjoyed Presentation KnockOut as we can see instant improvement in our participants in their confidence to step in front and present

In CEP1 Presenting With Impact, we focus on body language and presentation structure for a smooth presentation

Madlab Training with partnership with Proactive Training brings Mayer Manufacturing to our beautiful team building resort, Paradise Valley Resort.

Kicking it off with a dance

We kickoff the Ultimate Team Challenge with a dance and it got everyone on their feet to dance along. A wonderful start to Mayer UTC

Of course this followed by our signature ice breakers and this got all the participants laughing and having lots of fun

Our UTC continues with Hero grouping where we have our signature hero mascot competition and everyone in the group was at full swing

Looks like we are all ready for Mayers Hero, let's gather the Avengers together!

And it's time to head to the outdoor for our signature Brogalympics, time for physical challenge to push the limit of everyone in Mayer

After the whole day of Brogalympic, we had Mayer annual dinner celebration with a feast of BBQ prepared by Paradise Valley

After a super heavy dinner we are off to bed as we need the rest to conquer Broga Hill for the 5am hike up to witness the sunrise

And we did it together

It was a great fun to see all workers from Myanmar, Bangladesh and local Malaysian staffs bonded as ONE and that's the idea of Ultimate Team Challenge, to be as ONE in the organisation! WELL DONE MAYER MANUFACTURING

Madlab Training with partnership with Leaderonomics conducts Core Executive Program 1 for executives of Sime Darby. Presenting With Impact is one of their core training to enhance their presentation skills

Presentation With Impact involves us to first and foremost trainer to train their presentation skills and also coach where we break them into groups for presentation coaching. This allows us to monitor each participants individually and pin point areas of improvement
