MADLAB Training goes to the beautiful city of Alor Star to have a rocking time with our friends from Emum. We are honoured to be part of their Staff Appreciation Dinner. An event filled with lots of wonderful creative performance by Emum.

The 2 days training engages everyone to know themselves better and to know their colleagues better in their behaviours, understanding of information and decision making



To be an effective communicator, one must be S.A.B.A.R and this wonderful strategy was trained in being utmost patience when it comes to communication

MADLAB Training with collaboration with Leaderonomics continue our training in Presenting With Impact as we continue to make a difference for participants of Core Executive Program (CEP 1).


We divide everyone into 3 groups in order for us to be coaches to pinpoint their presentation in order to make our participants aware of their body language. There will be a Champion Speaker in each group, ranked by each participants




This is wonderful batch of CEP 1, very eager to learn and be the best in presentation. Well done all

Teong Chuan - Making The Score

MAD Program: TC Making The Score

Madlab Training takes a whole new frontier, we are training foreign workers from Teong Chuan who comes from Nepal, Vietnam, Bangladesh together with Teong Chuan local staff.

The objective of TC Making The Score is to build confidence of the foreign workers in their work, to foster stronger working relationship and to enhance communication with each other.

Show us your dribbling skills
We use football language as part the learning for the workers and it was conducted mainly in our national language, Bahasa Malaysia! We certainly had an awesome time together!

It was an impactful learning from each other, despite Bahasa Malaysia not being the workers mother tongue but all the workers were very participative and was active throughout. We find the workers to be very passionate in their work and Making The Score will push them to communicate better and to score as a team

Presentation KnockOut is design to break the group into small group so that we are able to pay full attention to the details of presenter, from the content, the delivery, the body language, the gestures and even to the eye contact.

Madlab UTC takes our friends from Teong Chuan plastic to our favourite team building place for an amazing time of team building, team bonding, team communication & lots of fun & learning experience for 28 participants.

Surbana International Escape Day

Madlab Training takes our wonderful friends from Surbana International for a fun learning away day experience we call it 'Surbana Escape Day' in SetiaWalk, Puchong.

It's a whole day of learning about their Surbana International Core Values where each activities were design with Surbana International Core Values in mind.

The idea of Surbana International Escape Day is to bring them to experience the 45 mins thrill of making things happen, working together as a team and enjoying the sweet success of escaping in a tense pressure cooker environment of Escape Room

We even have a winner! in fact 2 winners!!

And the non escape losers!


We continue on with some our Madlab Training activities and the finale of Surbana International Escape Day was Batik Painting Experience. This is a perfect idea to creatively design their core values and the results....astonishing!
